DNW’s eleven wind tunnels include high and low speed, supersonic and transonic facilities, and provide experimental aerodynamic simulation capabilities to the user community at large. This includes all aspects of airflow encountered in nature and engineering.
Customers can outsource their entire testing programme in end-to-end projects, with a wide range of choices for the level of interaction during the programme. Interaction can range from little or no customer involvement to on-site involvement at DNW’s facilities in a well-equipped workspace with broadband, well-secured network connections. Where required, testing facilities can be adapted and customized to fit specific situations.
In addition to performing tests and measurements, DNW can provide optional, additional services such as:
- Consultancy with regard to the required preparations
- Assistance in model building
- Analysis of test results and recommendations for modification or optimization of test objects
